This is a privately owned and operated site created and maintained in order to help promote community participation in todays issues of importance as well as to offer FREE or low cost effective advertising at a local level. We are FECN News. We are essentially a web site design/Hosting services/SEO optimizations/Video Production, And Graphic Design company in business since 1993. Unlike MOST of our competition in this area of expertise we like to KEEP IT LOCAL and keep it relevant and on track with the local area communities we serve

This site is primarily setup as a Membership type Content Management System. It allows members of this site posting rights for community, FUN, and Profit alike. We also have a member to member search feature which allows a member to FIND an Ex Class Mate (if they are a member here of course), or members with a like minded interest such as looking for a local Fishing Buddy, Hunting Buddy, Card Playing friends, etc...

Who is allowed Membership at this site:

Membership is FREE and is available for residents of Jacksonville Florida and ALL of Duval County FL.

What Can members Do at this site:

By Default when you sign up as a member you will already have posting rights to

• On page chat box: Allows you to chat with other members in real time
• Private Messenger: on site private messenger allows you to send Safe Messages to other members
• Forums: You can participate in our discussion forums or even request moderating your OWN unique forum
• General Classifieds: You can create 2 FREE classifieds per month with photos and more in the general Classifieds
• Job Search: If you are a business owner you can post available job openings FREE of any fees
• Recipes Menu: You can put up your favorite recipes with photos
• Jokes Menu: post your favorite Jokes at this site (keep em clean)
• Links Sections: you can add links to local area resources of importance (including your business link)
• WYSIWYG Editor: what you see is what you get inilne editor allows for full Creative potentials and Great looking postings

What Else is available for members:

We have other Modules within this site which are also available to members to post within. These other modules are based upon criteria, needs, and ability and must be requested by the member in order to post within them. Any and ALL requests must be a PM to: owner

• Event Calendar:  Allows a member or members who are in the know about local upcoming events to place them in the calendar
• Photo Gallery: Shutter Bugs who attend events of importance and take photos may wish to show the world what they have captured
• Article Columnist: Members in the know about such things from Fishing, Hunting, Cooking, Computers, and most everything in between and can WRITE NICE CONTENT about their passion MAY wish us to make them an Article Columnist (good possibility to make $$$)
• More Classifieds: We also have Automotive, Boats and Marine, Realty, Business, and Personals classifieds which members will NOT have posting rights within by default. Posting rights to these other Classifieds modules must be requested by the member and MAY incur a small fee to the member for such rights. Generally our Classifieds (except in the General classifieds which are FREE) are $10.00 per month... We MAY be running a FREE TRIAL period for ALL the various classifieds - You will have to ask us.
